1. Agreement to Terms and Conditions

1.1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions Using our services and/or website is a tacit consent to the terms and conditions outlined below. If at any time you do not agree with these Terms or find them otherwise unacceptable, please discontinue use our services and website immediately.

     1.1.1 The following is a legal agreement between you (“Client”) and North London Hawks Ltd which governs your use of Services (defined below). In these Terms, use of the words “you”, and “your” refer to each individual user who may interact with this site, acting on their own or their employer’s or company’s behalf, and “we”, “us” and “our” refer to North London Hawks Ltd.

     1.1.2 North London Hawks Ltd is a resource through which you may obtain information and book school activities, such as lunchtime and after school clubs. “Services” referred to by these Terms include but are not limited to the products listed on our webshop.

1.2 Changes to Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions were most recently updated on 14th September 2022. We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions. Each use of our services amounts to acceptance of our most up to date terms and conditions.

1.3. You agree to

     1.3.1 provide true, accurate, current and complete information about you; and

     1.3.2 maintain and promptly update your personal data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we have the right to cease supply and refuse you any and all current or future use of the our site (or any portion of it).

2. Place of performance and applicable law.

2.1 North London Hawks Ltd is a limited company registered in England and Wales.

2.2 Unless otherwise specified, the materials on this site are directed solely at those who access this site from the United Kingdom mainland. Those who choose to access this site from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable. English law shall govern this Agreement. You and we each submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to disputes arising out of this Agreement.


3. Privacy Policy

3.1 We permit you to control management of your personal information and invites you to read the complete statement of our current Privacy Policy.

This privacy policy will explain the kind of information that may be collected about you and how it may be used. By accessing and using our services and website, you agree to this privacy policy.


4. Service and Website Usage

4.1 Understand that by using the Site, any services or applications for which you tender payment or otherwise obtain through the Site, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and are otherwise legally able to enter into a valid contract.


5. Communication

5.1 We may use your personal details that you have provided to improve our services as well as to contact you in relation to your enquiry, work updates and in connection with our own business development and market research.

5.2 You may opt out of receiving information from us by email or phone at any stage by contacting us at tandjeducation@gmail.com. 

5.3 In any form of communication our standard Privacy Policy applies.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 It is our policy not to offer refunds once payment has been made. We cannot be held responsible for changes in participants personal circumstances which might prevent attendance. We are unable to issue refunds if a participant changes their mind or does not come for any reason. We reserve the right to cancel classes which attract insufficient participants. Should this occur, we will attempt to offer you a viable alternative or will offer you a refund of any fee paid.

6.2 Please contact us at hello@northlondonhawks.co.uk to help with your request if there has been a booking error, such as incorrect amount paid or booking the wrong classes for your child.

6.3 In the event of illness or unavoidable absences, refunds cannot be issued but lessons can be made up by attending a different class, subject to availability. These classes must be made up the week following the missed class and are only for the individuals in question and not a relative, sibling or friend. You must contact us at hello@northlondonhawks.co.uk to discuss this before attending.

6.4 Force Majeure

We reserve the right not to compensate for any classes or clubs cancelled due to Force Majeure events. A Force Majeure event means any event beyond our reasonable control, which by its nature could not have been foreseen, or, if it could have been foreseen, was unavoidable, including strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disputes (whether involving its own workforce or a third party's), failure of energy sources or transport network, war, terrorism, riot, civil commotion, interference by civil or military authorities, national or International calamity, armed conflict, malicious damage, breakdown of plant or machinery, nuclear, chemical or biological contamination, sonic boom, explosions, collapse of building structures, fires, floods, storms, earthquakes, loss at sea, epidemics or similar events, natural disasters or extreme adverse weather conditions, acts of God, or default of suppliers or subcontractors. We will endeavour to hold a make-up class but only if circumstances allow.

7. Delivery Policy

7.1 The services we provide are carried out over school terms. The exact number of sessions will depend on the number of school weeks, which changes per term. Our prices reflect the number of sessions and therefore are regularly updated.

7.2 When you place your order you need to choose the school your child attends, which is where the sessions are delivered.
